01 — My Story
Trained in medicine.
Built for systems.
I trained as a doctor — but my work quickly grew beyond the clinic. Across clinical practice, education and large-scale health systems on four continents, I kept returning to the same question: why do some systems work while others fail?
The answer was rarely a lack of knowledge. It was structure, decision-making and execution.
When these fail, talent goes underused, systems turn inefficient, and patient care suffers.
The difference is never more resources. It is better thinking, better design and better leadership. That gap — between what we know and what we do — is where I work today.
